These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ahc444 website at ahc444.vip and all associated services, including the casino games lobby, live dealer tables, sports betting section, Cashier, and any promotional offers (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by ahc444 ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on ahc444, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
To register and maintain an account on ahc444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 21 years of age. ahc444 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal.
- You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You are the sole beneficial owner of any funds deposited into your account.
- You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by ahc444 for any reason relating to breach of these Terms or fraudulent conduct.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or director of ahc444 or any of its associated companies.
- You understand that online gaming may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your country or territory of residence.
- You are not acting as an agent or intermediary for any other person when placing wagers. All bets must be placed for your own personal entertainment.
2. Account Rules & Security
Each registered player on ahc444 is permitted to hold exactly one account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
- You must notify ahc444 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- ahc444 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.
- You must keep your registered contact details — including your active mobile number for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — accurate and up to date. Outdated payment details that cause withdrawal delays are the account holder's responsibility.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS is strongly recommended and available in account settings. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
- ahc444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where suspicious activity, irregular betting patterns, or potential money laundering is detected, without prior notice and without obligation to disclose the specific reasons for such action.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
ahc444 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 across all supported payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit on standard accounts; high-volume deposit requests may be subject to additional verification.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed and the request will be returned to your account balance.
- Withdrawal processing time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are processed the same day. Bank transfer withdrawals process within 1–2 business hours during standard Bangladesh banking hours. Withdrawals submitted after the daily cut-off are processed the following business day.
- Fees: ahc444 charges no transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may charge their own applicable service fees, over which ahc444 has no control.
- Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and is not negotiable.
- Account balance: Funds held in your ahc444 account do not accrue interest. Your balance reflects real money available for wagering or withdrawal and is held separately from ahc444 operational funds.
- ahc444 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding ৳50,000 in any single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within a 30-day period.
4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
All bonuses offered by ahc444 — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and any other promotional credits — are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer at the time of claiming, as well as these general bonus rules.
- Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 200% match bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum bonus value of ৳20,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the stated minimum deposit threshold for the offer at the time of claiming.
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each offer page. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Real-money funds in your account are used before bonus funds by default.
- Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Crash games may have varying contribution rates. The specific rates applicable to each bonus are listed on the offer page.
- One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held in your account simultaneously. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active and subject to wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
- Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe specified in the offer — typically 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of claiming. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without compensation.
- Abuse: ahc444 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse bonus-derived winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected. This includes but is not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting across markets, coordinated play with other accounts, and use of automated betting tools or bots.
- ahc444 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively in progress.
5. Games, Betting Rules & Fair Play
All casino games available on ahc444 — including slot machines, live dealer tables, crash games, and RNG table games — are provided by certified third-party software studios. ahc444 does not develop or host its own game software. The rules governing each game are determined by the game provider and are accessible within each game's interface.
- RNG certification: All non-live casino games use independently audited random number generators. RNG certification documentation is maintained by the relevant game provider and is available on request.
- Live dealer games: Live casino tables are operated in real time by human dealers via HD video stream. Results are final once the dealing round concludes. Technical disconnections during live play do not automatically void a wager; the outcome of the round as recorded by the game server is binding.
- Sports betting: All pre-match and in-play sports bets placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other fixtures), football, and other sports are subject to the Sports Betting Rules published separately in the Help section. In cases of conflict, the Sports Betting Rules take precedence over these general Terms in relation to sports wagers.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, visible within the game interface or the sports betting market. ahc444 reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits where warranted by risk management requirements.
- Voided bets: ahc444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome has already been determined at the time of bet placement, where a manifest pricing error has occurred, or where the relevant sporting event was cancelled or abandoned before the applicable settlement threshold was reached.
- Prohibited strategies: The use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any scripted betting strategy that is not operated manually in real time by the account holder is strictly prohibited across all game categories on the Platform.
6. Responsible Gaming Obligations
ahc444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players manage their activity. These tools are available to every account holder at no charge, directly within account settings, without the need to contact customer support.
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour reflection period.
- Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period. Loss limit reductions apply immediately.
- Session time limits: Configure a maximum session duration. You will receive a notification as the limit approaches and your session will pause automatically when it is reached.
- Cooling-off periods: Take a structured break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. All betting and deposit functionality is suspended during a cooling-off period; withdrawals remain accessible.
- Self-exclusion: Self-exclude for a defined period (30 days minimum) or permanently close your account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to open a new account on the Platform.
- ahc444 reserves the right to enact responsible gaming measures proactively — including applying deposit limits or cooling-off periods — where internal monitoring suggests a player may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling behaviour.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the ahc444 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the property of ahc444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
- You must not scrape, crawl, data-mine, or otherwise systematically extract content or data from the Platform using automated means.
- The ahc444 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of ahc444. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
- Game software, imagery, and audio assets displayed on the Platform remain the exclusive property of their respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and are subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ahc444 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even where ahc444 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
- The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ahc444 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- ahc444's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in your account balance at the time the claim arises.
- ahc444 is not responsible for losses resulting from network outages, device failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or telecommunications infrastructure failures in Bangladesh or elsewhere.
- ahc444 makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of gambling winnings in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to declare any winnings to applicable tax authorities in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ahc444 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances where fraud is established, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, theft, drug trafficking, or any other unlawful source. ahc444 operates anti-money-laundering controls and is obligated to report suspicious transactions.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip-dumping in poker, coordinated crash game cash-outs, or organised arbitrage across sports markets.
- Using any software tool, exploit, or technical manipulation to interfere with the normal operation of any game or the Platform infrastructure.
- Opening more than one account, using another person's account, or allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing ahc444 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
- Attempting to access parts of the Platform that are restricted or not intended for public access, including administrative panels, game server endpoints, or payment processing infrastructure.
10. Account Closure & Termination
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. The following rules apply to account closure and termination:
- Voluntary closure by you: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method before closure is finalised. Any active bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
- Closure by ahc444: ahc444 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
- Effect of closure: Upon account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Legitimate real-money balances (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of closure confirmation.
- Data retention: ahc444 retains account and transaction records for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and our Privacy Policy.
11. Amendments to These Terms
ahc444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email to their registered address and by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for at least 7 calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.
- Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
- If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date. Continued use after that date without closing your account will be treated as acceptance.
- The current version of these Terms, including its effective date and version number, is always available at ahc444.vip/terms-conditions.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, ahc444 encourages you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally.
- First-instance complaints: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Username]". ahc444 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and issue a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
- Escalation: If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction following our internal review, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body applicable to your jurisdiction, as notified to you in our formal response.
- Language: All formal dispute communications must be conducted in English. ahc444 is unable to process formal complaints submitted in other languages.
- Any legal proceedings arising from a dispute with ahc444 must be commenced within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim, after which the claim is time-barred to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law.
